Stanley Pickle (2010) Stanley Pickle is a short animation created by the graduating (MA) Film students at the National Film and Television School (NFTS). This was an exciting and invaluable experience for me to design, source and make the costumes for an extremely stylised, fantastical film and to collaborate with a highly creative team. Synopsis Stanley never goes outside. He likes to play with his clockwork toys and every night his mother kisses him goodnight. Stanley is twenty. The trouble is that Stanley thinks this is all quite normal, until an encounter with a mysterious girl turns his world upside down… Awards Stanley Pickle is currently being entered into film festivals around the world. |
